Talent Development Strategies

Proactive Career Development Initiatives

Career Analysts have successfully provided innovative career development initiatives to large and small businesses and teams.  As part of a retention strategy for talent, a proactive performance improvement programme or to build employment branding, career coaching can be a key contributer to employee engagement, succession planning or personal and career development.

Programmes are tailored to achieve desired business outcomes and can include workshops, online assessment tools, workbooks, face to face coaching sessions and launch support.

Programme example:

Manager Coach the Coach Workshops, Online Career Tools and One on One Coaching Session provided to all staff

Company wide proactive career management programme involving all 50 staff. A launch programme kicked off this programme with great impact and interest across the business. A fun, interactive, and energising launch session was held late afternoon and took approximately 45 minutes with a mixture of career coaching staff mingling with staff for a wine afterwards. There was a high level of interest and immediate uptake of career centre usage.  Managers were given a half-day “coach the coach” workshop and 1-1 follow up sessions which heightened the traction around career development within the business. This initiative helped with the development of a Coaching and Performance culture in the business.
