career transition workshops

We can tailor workshops to your need and are able to provide training room facilities for groups of up to 12. We have outlined two suggested programmes which could be tailored to meet your needs:

Career Continuation Workshops

1-3 day career transition workshops for up to 8 participants. Includes extensive 50 page careers workbook, cv preparation, interview coaching, career change management and career analysis.

Participants will identify work preferences, define a search strategy, create an effective résumé, and develop an effective self-introduction. We will also develop networking, interviewing, and negotiating skills; job-lead development strategies; and tips and techniques for working with recruiters and/or employment agencies.

Career Transition Workshops

4 x 2 hour workshops for up to 8 participants at a time.

An abbreviated but effective transition programme which provides impacted staff with support for the critical skills for quick, effective transitions to future opportunities. We recommend participants undertake the full programme, although there is scope for candidates to nominate attendance in workshops most relevant to their needs.

  • Coping with Change, Stress & Transition management
  • Preparing for the job market, cv preparation
  • Assessing targeted opportunities
  • Interview Skills and Recruitment Testing
